Hat is obviously high-quality. I paid $20 for shipping and they sent it in an unprotected DHL Bag Envelope. Needless to say the hat got damaged due to no protection. One of the brass buttons that holds on the leather strap was broken off. I am trying to repair it myself. For $20, they could have at least placed it in a sturdy shipping container. Not happy, as this is probably the first negative review I have ever left anyone. Good communication, but for the damage and high shipping, B+
