Item is beautiful and very happy with it! However item wasnt even shipped until after I contacted seller over a week after purchase to inquire as to when I might expect for it to be shipped as it was to be a gift . Then item was shipped and by time it got here was almost a full month after purchase! If I had been contacted regarding shipping delay due illness, emergency, or if vacation had been in original description I would have known to expect the delay and been able to prepare!
