The greenhouse was made from fairly poor quality wood very twisted which made it much more difficult to build lots of splits cracks and misshaped pieces not advised if you have little experience in joinery and want an easy build

Yes I have contacted the Seller, I haven't received a reply, despite being given plenty of time. Received a text message saying this item couldn't be delivered. It was found propped against the gate at a later point. No packaging, just 1 plastic strap 'holding'parts together. Can't pick it up without parts falling about. No instructions, no guarantee, Description says it has a 15 year guarantee. There are no hinges, no fixings or window fasteners, Nothing in the description to say not included.

It was 8 in the morning, raining and the guy had been on the road for 3 hrs just to get to me, he had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem. Every thing was properly stacked in my garden and he made sure I was happy before he left. I got the impression I was dealing with a very rare thing. ….A company that cares about its customers.
