    Hank Marvin and the shads (brilliant)

    I probably have these songs individually on other albums but collectively on one album all the songs make up a brilliant collection. All positives no negatives, after all it's the shadows and Hank Marvin, why wouldn't it be great.

    Twelve years on

    Even though this is a 1997 release it is one I have just heard & as a Shadows fan it was very pleasing to hear this recording even if some of the tracks date back a bit. If you are a Shadows fan & hav'nt got a copy of this CD I can recommend you do so. With a mix of both electric & accoustic guitars the tunes sound very nice & its not an in your face kind of album. I'm sure that when you listen you will not be dissapointed .

    i have slowly changed all my shadows LPs to cds, this one i didn't have, what a great find on ebay. another great cd from the shadows.

    Strictly for Shadows Fans

    Good album of music from many of the West End musicals, some recorded by a solo Hank Marvin and some by Hank & the Shadows. A really nice album of good music and arrangements, excellently played.
