Plants got stuck at customs and were refused entry, because import permit was needed, which I didn’t know about. Plants from Indonesia apparently all need import permit, even if less than 12 in a package. Communication with the seller all through the process was very good, they even sent me pictures of my wrapped plants before shipping. I was refunded for the order, because it wasn’t delivered. Of course I wish I had these beautiful plants, but I’ll know for next time to get a permit.
