The ratchet straps I received were not the same as pictured. Poor quality item that will not last. Item can be returned but at own expense. Seller offered 25% off to keep, even with a discount the item can still be bought cheaper. I would avoid at all cost or double check your getting what you ask for. Waste of time. Yes i did keep the item with no discount, Ive got better things to do with my time than chase irresponsible company’s. Shame on you!
