it said "or best offer" but took forever to reach an agreement. It said 14k but when I received it the ring was clearly stamped 10k. when I messaged them they said I got a good enough discount so besides returning it they weren't willing to do anything else. not great customer service, slow response but the ring was nice and in a cool box. I don't think I'd buy from them again.
