Buyer had not installed the phone case correctly and wanted to return under the Ebay Money Back Policy. Because of this, Ebay automatically sided with him. If there is anything wrong with a product, I will gladly issue a refund/return. In this case, nothing was wrong with the product; therefore, I refused the refund.
