I ordered this and it took a bit to be shipped. When I received item, two jewels were missing from clasp on front cover. I emailed seller five days ago and have received no response. While I could replace them on my own, if you mark up a price on an item you should have decency to answer email and address buyers concerns. Picture provided clearly looked new and all the jewels were in place. That was not the case in person.

The seller was awesome and was very accommodating when we explained what we were experiencing. The craftsmanship of the castle was great, and since this item is sold out at Disney, it was excellent that we were able to get it at the cost we did. Ultimately we ordered a different unit elsewhere. But would buy from this seller again
