Postal damage happened in transit by the postal services. This was not down to the seller. One box was badly damaged causing damage to the products inside. After contacting the seller with some photo's of the damage. He apologised for any inconvenience caused to me and sent me a replacement out. I am overwhelmed by the kindness of this seller for his prompt reply & action in resolving this problem. HJ.
