Item is incorrectly described on ebay (they're 15mm thick not 20mm). I returned the two yoga mats in the same packaging but the seller has only refunded me for one (tip - if you ever get an order split into two and ebay publish 2 returns labels, let them know so they can cross reference them).
I have contacted the seller twice asking for the remainder of the refund but they have ignored both messages.
Please refund me the Ā£17.95 you owe me. Thank you.
