Great service from their tech support but make sure you have a day ahead of you where you don’t need your vehicle as response times can be a few hours to a day & your dashboard might be in pieces waiting for help (therefore not drivable). I needed to get a replacement unit, then use dip switch settings that weren’t standard to get up & running. Tech support was a must for me. End result is fab & very happy with the sound quality etc.
