Overall very satisfied. Product was as described, but the description could have been more detailed regarding the pouches that come with the webbing, for example listing them all. My lovely fireplace screen arrived today. It was so well covered in layers of bubble wrap, tape, duct tape and cardboard took me about 20 min. to cut it all off. The vendor did a great job in packaging the fire screen, and unbeknownst to me it had a glass cover over the embroidery, and nothing broken. All the way from England to Oshawa, Canada. Just love my screen, in better shape then the picture showed. Very happy with purchase.
