My items arrived faulty, but after messaging the seller they were very helpful to resolve my issue. The supports are not memory foam as advertised, but a soft sponge, and they do look smaller than you think they may(but measurements are on the photos) when delivered you have to give them a little time to expand as their vaccine packed on delivery.
