    The water bottle I received wasn't the same as portrayed by the seller (different lids). When I reached out with photo documentation, the seller replied: "The item is the same as the one in the listing, but we regret that you do not want to keep it." This is a big deal to me because the water bottle was meant to replace an exact model I already own and why I paid much more for it. Hinged handled lids break easily when dropped, whereas molded ones do not. This seller should own up to mistakes.
