The cardigan is orange not tan as pictures & description showed. It stinks of chemicals, which even after washing it is stinks awful. Said it hadn't been worn yet there are some pulls on it.

Nowhere in my listing did it say that the cardigan was tan. It said "terracotta" (as referred to by the manufacturer and marked on the label) – which obviously has orange undertones. The pictures were 100% clear and accurate, as much as it was technically possible. As for the smell of chemicals, it hang to a freshly washed coat (Persil) so it might have been that, but your comment suggests you are exceptionally sensitive to smells. No noticeable pulls were present at the moment of dispatch.
