Good value, but don't expect top quality.
The axe head itself was slightly off-center however the edge lined up and was straight. Could've been a much harder steel, but does the job. Will just need regular sharpening. Plus, it may be necessary to remove the black paint/coating on the cutting edge. At the end of the day, it's a multi-tool axe. Sleek design, with multiple features. You can't really complain for $40~ but there are definitely better axes out there, just without the added features.
