Battery is almost to spec. It is indeed 10000mAh (I've previously been sold batteries that were half mixed with sand). My only issue with it is that the over-discharge protection doesn't work - I had it drained all the way down to 2.3V without it shutting itself down - so I definitely wouldn't recommend letting it run itself flat.
