The necklace arrived broken I opened a return request unfortunately, I got extremely unwell with covid and couldn’t send the item back. I reached out to the seller to ask if they would do a partial refund. and I’d use that to have it repaired no response, no customer service or care whatsoever… even tho they know the necklace was broken there feedback also showed more of their customers have had the same issue Avoid Only buy from well trusted sellers with 💯 feedback

Terrible customer services, took a lot of messages before she replies. I ordered a 3 mm chain, received only a 2mm. Had proof it was only a 2 mm by a jeweller. Refused to replace with a 3 mm, said it was double the price of a 2 mm and she would loose out, but that’s what I paid for, do I was the one loosing out. Feedback also shows this is not the first time this has happened. I definitely don’t recommend.
I never leave bad feedback but this time I felt I had to.

We response as soon as possible, not lot of messages, I have send a free return label and also a full refund, the chain is 3mm as we selling a lot, obviously your intension is not well here. Please don't make the public mislead with the information as we try to do our best as a local seller.
