Had this a few days now and have to say this printer is amazing, it arrived well packaged with clear instructions that are easy to follow and I had it up and running in about 20mins, all the tools needed to assemble the printer are supplied along with a memory card that has a video on how to assemble should it be needed, I have printed a few items including the tool holder and every print so far has turned out perfect. Nice to deal with a company with such high standards well done Elegoo.

We`ve been in the 3d printing and moulding industry for over 10 years, used endless printers of varying manufacturers, This printer knocks the socks off most of them, easiest by far to setup out the box, Its fairly quiet compared to other printers ( fans are loud but steppers are silent ) and even stock firmware ( marlin ) dialled in right can run at 150mm\s ( we are using klipper currently and running 250mm\s with an additional fan ).You wont go far wrong with this printer, hobbyist or pro

Received Neptune 3 pro 3D printer promptly and in good condition. The printer is excellent it’s very easy to set up and prints exceptionally well. I have only done a couple of test prints so far, but I am very impressed with the results. It may not be the quickest 3D printer out there, but it is quiet and has a large build space.
