Believe the other reviews; Item took 7 days from the date of purchase to ship, no tracking number was ever provided, despite the package having one- seller never communicated.
Item was heavily damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging (see photos). A heavy, delicate resin statue was wrapped insufficiently in thin layers and placed in a flimsy box with inadequate padding. Item was also filthy, covered in dust and grime.
