    Dexter is Great and Clever Entertainment

    We watched seasons 1 to 7 of Dexter by streaming while in the U.S. but we couldn't watch the final season when we got back home to Canada...it wasn't available in Canada. We bought this DVD and it is fine...we get to see the final season and it is as exciting as the others. Dexter is clever and is entertaining to watch. Normally we don't watch violent shows, but we have to make exceptions when the story line is this good. The story wouldn't make sense without the violence, so we watch the show...it isn't violence for the sake of violence, it is necessary to make the plot make sense. Dexter is one of the best shows we have watched!

    Dexter Final Season

    Since I watched all seasons three years after the last one aired, I had to play catch up. I was saddened to see the ending of Season 8 with Dexter all alone. I guess it was difficult to see so much devastation at the end of the episode/series. Life is not always the storybook ending that we frequently imagine. Hope to see a revival of Dexter!!
