Horrible experience! The ring that arrived looked nothing like the photo (see pic). I contacted the seller, who refused to admit (despite photos) that it was a different ring and instead, was rude and offensive. I had to have eBay step in to resolve the issue. Don’t believe their claim that they will returns are accepted.

After 6 weeks, the earrings arrived, but without backs. I contacted seller about his oversight, and he made condescending and rude comments but offered no remedy. I can't wear the earrings without appropriate backs. Very disappointing transaction with this seller. Still waiting for him to take accountability.
