The quality of the item is not in doubt, but I did have to start a return as when it arrived the packing was in a bad state, leading to the lid of the item being loosened and the contents leaking.
Eventually accepted 50% refund from the seller, as about a third of the contents had been lost. This was an acceptable solution, the only problem being that it took a while to sort out, but that’s not necessarily the seller’s fault, which is why I’ve given 4 stars and not lower.
