Terrible seller. Send me a broken item late then offer me £2 to keep the broken item. So I started a return with eBay and received another message from seller who seems to think I’m paying to return item. I asked for a replacement but apparently they can’t give me one. Basically trying everything to make me keep a broken useless item. Now trying to make it difficult for me to return. Avoid this seller save yourself the hassle.

Very poor quality item. Does not work as it should. No instructions included so was only able to get it to slice, which it did badly. Asked to return for full refund and was constantly fobbed off with a % of a refund "15%/40%/70% refund as compensation for you to keep or give to a friend". Finally got a full refund. Box arrived in terrible condition, I wouldn't be surprised if it was already a "returned" item. Awful customer service. Awful item. Avoid!
