Item speedily despatched and received. No issues. I found it to be ideal for my intended purpose, i.e. putting inside a bedroom cupboard. It, comfortably, houses 15 pairs (5x3) of men's shoes and boots. Actually it holds 7 (of my) shoes per rack, so not quite enough for four pairs per shelf. Might take four pairs for someone with smaller feet though! It's true that it is not substantial in build, so will not stand much abuse or overloading, but at £5.99 it represents good value and it works!

    Not as easy to assemble

    Harder to put together on your own to the extent that I now have one less bar on each shelf but it works okay for that

    Loose and not sturdy

    Sockets on brakets shallow. If they were deeper assembly would be easier and the shoerack more sturdy. I do not think the function or design would alter if the sockets were a few millimeters deeper to snuggly hold the rods in place. The current design, with movement the rods will easily come loose and collapse.

    Falls apart easily

    I have had to put the shoe rack back together numerous times as the poles will just fall out. Very flimsy and not fit for purpose!

    Is like a puzzle most drop off as you are assembled it

    If to introduce the item to people I will advice them to buy glue ready for it to be firm to manage the rack. Is good for the price , not space consume. The holes for the rack brake easily.
