Items were packaged VERY POORLY inside a big, paper envelope that arrived damaged and torn. The cards received were not held together by the small, loose bubble wrap and broke out from it’s own little box and cling wrap due to the overseas movement inside the large envelope, resulting in damaged and scratched cards. Thankfully, majority of the damaged cards were the bonus cards, which was a nice gesture, but still an unfortunate outcome for the price that was paid.

Really sorry to what happened to the parcel. The international parcel usually encounter longer and tougher journey. Thankfully, the majority of the cards you purchased are protected by bonus cards. Those bonus cards are supposed to protect the cards you purchased. Sometimes, the custom will open the bag to exam the content of the parcel. We are dedicated to packaging each items as securely as we can to prevent any extreme conditions along the way. Thank you for your feedback.
