my miners never arrived, they were held by customs and returned to the origin.
this item does not ship from the US as it was advertised.
the seller refused to issue any refunds, and basically told me i was trying to steal the miners and now i am stuck in customer service run around hell over a month after i was told i would receive my package. buyer beware.

***Absolute best customer service I have ever received on this platform*** First the sellers communications were so prompt and helpful. My unit arrived damaged, to no fault of the seller. These units are extremely sensitive. The unit would not work when going through the startup sequence none of the fans functioned despite visually being perfect. Swaped fans from another unit then the new unit worked. They sent me replacement fans immediately! Hands down best experience.
