Very fast click & collect delivery, well packed.Stand is made with thin-wall metal tubes with a good finish. At seated height it's stable, but at standing height it wobbles a little. The tablet attachment holds the tablet quite firmly. The part where the ball clamp fits is marked 'open' and 'close' but it doesn't seem to move and I don't understand its function. There are no instructions to speak of, just pictures of the parts. A strong carry-bag is supplied and the stand is good for the price
