Excellent value for money, had broken ankle so only needed for 6-8 weeks so perfect. Probably not suitable for permanent wheel chair user ie who has to sit and use it all day every day. Had to buy a seat cushion as too hard without one.

The paint on one of the handles was chipped at the factory [it was under the packaging, to prove it was at factory level].
Worse still is the feet, they aren't straight and you can't adjust them. I have tried. See picture. They either have to sit inwards or outwards, and you cannot remove them to get the chair in a boot. So i do NOT recommend this chair. Luckily my boot is a decent large size. Mother has to keep adjusting her feet or they fall off - at 90 she doesn't need this hassle.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the wheelchair. This is the first we have heard of it as you have not messaged us to discuss. The foot rests are fully adjustable. You just need to loosen the nut on the underneath of the leg rest tube to move them into the desired position. Once you have done this, simply tighten the nut again to secure in place. If you need any further assistance, please contact us directly.
