Ordered 3 - protective packaging not good & top hat was damaged - not working . However advised & received a refund - didn’t have to have replacement as would not receive in time for Xmas . So although disappointing received damaged & had to urgently sort a different gift, communication & service to refund excellent , therefore on whole a positive experience . I suggest they improve packaging - maybe increase cost a as items quite delicate & fragile , but great fun & very good value for money .

Cover is very good, the item comes vac packed so it takes a while for the foam to sort itself out, mine was about 10 days. During this time I spoke to the seller and they have been great with communication, every time within 24hrs a reply. So if you buy this it’s a good product from a great seller but you need to have a little patience for the foam to expand as I was worried when it came out of packet, but it’s great now and perfect for my four year old.
