I tried to contact you, but to no avail. I just received an item from you on Jan 26/2024. The Post Office sent an apology that my item was damaged in the process of sending it to me. It did not help that you used a letter envelope and not a suitable mailer to send my phone case to me. You went "cheap" on me and sent a cheap envelope to send it. I was both thrilled and disgusted by my package arrival. Finally, it was here, but then I saw that you sent me the wrong one. This one is much too big!
