The Scissor Jack supplied arrived via Royal Mail in a badly damaged cardboard carton. The ratchet handle was missing. Royal Mail wouldn't help as I wasn't the sender, but when I contacted the supplier, they sent me a complete new unit by return. Excellent, no quibble service, but the carton containing the replacement unit was also damaged. Great service but you do need to look at your packaging guys.
