The Scissor Jack supplied arrived via Royal Mail in a badly damaged cardboard carton. The ratchet handle was missing. Royal Mail wouldn't help as I wasn't the sender, but when I contacted the supplier, they sent me a complete new unit by return. Excellent, no quibble service, but the carton containing the replacement unit was also damaged. Great service but you do need to look at your packaging guys.

The main part of the lead what is not shown on display is too thin, not the same strength as the bungee part shown, very misleading, not suitable fir a strong dog.

BUYER BEWARE! NOT A GENUINE VAUXHALL BOOT SWITCH. Misleading item description and photos. Item arrived in 2 days. Seller has ripped off a lot of people if they didn't realise these weren't genuine. Reported to eBay and sending product back. Seller wouldn't answer question and asked me to try fitting the part to see if it works?
