Really horrible quality, when asked why there were burn marks on the wood from the saw blade I got told that was ‘a sign of the quality of the strength of the wood’. None of the edges were cut or bevelled straight, and it was planed poorly, with divots in the wood. Also covered in waxy residue, left residue on hands and clothes. Had to take it to post office to return.

Seller marked item as posted, nothing arrived for some time. Queried with seller who had been meaning to get in touch as were unable to supply the design I ordered. Disappointed item had been marked as posted when clearly it hadn’t been. I desperately needed some brackets for a project so accepted an alternative design simply as I couldn’t afford to waste more time. Disappointing experience.

Wrong size delivered ,this was after informing me the size i ordered was not available.Then suddenly it was but as stated wrong size delivered. Seller wanted me to arrange return even though they were at fault and issued £5 refund without communicating with me first.Wasn't happy to do this so they then arranged for it to be picked up and would exchange for correct size.After another week or so this company just refunded the money minus £5 of course without informing me and not replacing the item
