It just might work ....
Have been using this product (and this particular brand) for a while now having been recommended it by my GP. I can't say the effect is immediate or instantly recognisable but I do believe i have noticed an improvement. My wife has also started taking them and she feels there has been a definite improvement. I used to try Glucosamine but I never found much difference using that.

I bought a bottle for me and a bottle for my Mum, Mum is still having knee pain, but I am feeling much better, mine in menopausal aches and pains, has improved on HRT too, so think both help My Mums is different, Month 2/3 awaits I took 2 per day, so they last less time, think 3 per day for acute issues,is the way forward Rebecca
