    These DO NOT fit the Focal Elex without permanent modifications to the OEM ear cups or to the headband—if one desires to maintain the internal parts and pins that are part of the OEM Focal design—which would be less work than trying to make the sellers pins work for the Elex in my opinion. Additionally, the "detents" in this replacement headband on the adjustable cup arms are not "solid" in feel. I'm sure on the head they would stay in place... but they aren't great.
