Great experience, they shipped it almost right away after I ordered, and it actually looks much better than on the picture which is surprising for a pre-owned part. It was very well packaged. My bike does look a better than before. The delivery was a bit of nail-biter because it was supposed to happen between April 30 and May 3 and I ended up getting it on the 6th, but that's the USPS. Tracking was available, though. The seller communicated with me in Dutch but hey, what is Google Translate for?

Before purchasing, I asked the seller if the item had a button I needed, as the listing pictures didn’t show. He confirmed, so I bought it. Upon receiving the item, I found the button broken. I contacted the seller to resolve this; he asked me to return it at my expense. I disagree because he should have disclosed the damage. This shows a lack of good faith and shady behavior. Despite my repeated attempts to reach him, I was ignored. I won’t buy from him again and don’t recommend this seller.
