Think it is a replica of black and decker .also has some extreme use as the print on the handle was worn away. Also the on button got stuck and sparks were fly out the back. These are being sold as returns but whoever has had them has been heavily used in them then sending them back then this these people sell them on eBay they should be classified as used not professionally refurbished..
