Coat was of very poor quality, zipper was backwards, size 2X is really a large.
Refund was given for coat only, but the cost of shipping both ways totaled 37 dollars that I lost.

The item is super thin, but the worst part is the customer service. They are not us based as stated in their profile! Item came from Pakistan and the item wasn’t shipped out for almost 2 weeks after I ordered it . I asked for a resolution I was offered a 5% refund and to be honest it’s not enough! It already took the seller 10+ days to ship and even provide a tracking number….. terrible experience !
