The Scissor Jack supplied arrived via Royal Mail in a badly damaged cardboard carton. The ratchet handle was missing. Royal Mail wouldn't help as I wasn't the sender, but when I contacted the supplier, they sent me a complete new unit by return. Excellent, no quibble service, but the carton containing the replacement unit was also damaged. Great service but you do need to look at your packaging guys.

Fast delivery item as described but the item I received was damaged,the inner compartment try broken,aswell as the outer carry case. I haven't contacted the seller because on delivery everything was well packaged until i opened it to discover the damage, maybe postal service. its not an issue for me considering the tools themselves are ok for the money..
