When I selected the "15 pro max " drop box, the "Buy now " was the only option. I received the confirmation as seen in the first pic but I assumed it was a simple mistake, I received the wrong item (iPhone Pro) and contacted the seller, but he was uncooperative. He claims it was my mistake but I can assure you this is incorrect as I buy items on eBay with no issues with sellers. I always pay promptly using PayPal. very rarely have I dealt with such an uncooperative seller. He has blocked me.

Buyer made a false claim as he said he cant select the right model from my listing and my listing clear with models availability. Buyer received the right model he select from my listing and never send the item back to issue him a refund
. So Ebay polices working now against this case.

Seller refunded the damaged product as a replacement was unavailable. Communication wasn't great however the issue was eventually resolved.
