Had to wait 14 days after the delivery date which is not the seller's fault but the fact that her response was just oh you'll get them I promise and I have to do all the work and figure out why my order is late and then I messaged you a couple more times and no response sorry but I would not treat a customer that way in the fact that one shoelace was burnt because it was missing the plastic piece and was not in the description luckily eBay stepped in and returned my money so thank you eBay

I paid $14-shipp. & ~$150-item to seller, but pkg. was delayed (+7d) & arrived damaged. When asking if PARTIAL refund possible, seller: (you) "approach Post"(but I paid to you!), "not my mistake" & made baseless/unlawful accusations -Ebay had stepped in! The provided return-addr. is undeliverable (go figure).
This is United States, business conducts must adhere to its laws/norms/custom or there'll be consequences. I remain my rights for further actions.
