The shop acted promptly, I've no issues whatsoever, in fact, I'd be happy to do business again with them. The article is another matter: it reminded me why things from Ebay are and should be significantly cheaper because you can't see them except in a picture, which all too often is just no good enough: if I could see these sandals on my hands I would have never bought them, not even for half the price.
