Unfortunate the item was delivered damaged due to lack of packaging and a rough handling courtesy of Royal Mail. However, once the seller was notified and proof provided, they responded immediately and offered a full refund or replacement at my discretion. I can’t fault their excellent customer service. I would however suggest they use better packaging for future sales as clearly it has been an issue. Thank you!
