As Other have said on this and other feedback channels. quality of build and manufacture is poor with edges of timber sticking past the framing. having to be trimmed before fitting together, shed took twice as long to fit together because of this, i also doubt this item will survive 25 years with no treatment as after one day of heavy rain, water was visible on the interior of the panels, just soaked straight through the back of the shed so can't lean anything against the walls.

Yes I have contacted the Seller, I haven't received a reply, despite being given plenty of time. Received a text message saying this item couldn't be delivered. It was found propped against the gate at a later point. No packaging, just 1 plastic strap 'holding'parts together. Can't pick it up without parts falling about. No instructions, no guarantee, Description says it has a 15 year guarantee. There are no hinges, no fixings or window fasteners, Nothing in the description to say not included.

Item as described and arrive well before the estimated delivery date. Communication regarding delivery was good. The delivery driver was great. It was 8 in the morning, raining and the guy had been on the road for 3 hrs just to get to me, he had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem. Every thing was properly stacked in my garden and he made sure I was happy before he left. I got the impression I was dealing with a very rare thing. ….A company that cares about its customers.
