Item turned up before lead times stated in description, so that was great but was missing the instructions and screw pack. Contacted seller via eBay and direct to Forest…sent out the pack and have received now..many thanks. A little disappointed that arch is not pre-drilled, as others have said but a good price and for me, a good service.

Yes I have contacted the Seller, I haven't received a reply, despite being given plenty of time. Received a text message saying this item couldn't be delivered. It was found propped against the gate at a later point. No packaging, just 1 plastic strap 'holding'parts together. Can't pick it up without parts falling about. No instructions, no guarantee, Description says it has a 15 year guarantee. There are no hinges, no fixings or window fasteners, Nothing in the description to say not included.

Item as described and arrive well before the estimated delivery date. Communication regarding delivery was good. The delivery driver was great. It was 8 in the morning, raining and the guy had been on the road for 3 hrs just to get to me, he had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem. Every thing was properly stacked in my garden and he made sure I was happy before he left. I got the impression I was dealing with a very rare thing. ….A company that cares about its customers.
