Condition was good as stated, and although I've only watched the first disc it's quality is good. It had been replaced by a CD-R. I immediately alerted World of Books USA regarding the problem and an officer of the company responded within 24 hours. They have provided a full refund of the purchase. Great customer service and communication. The case was resolved to my satisfaction. Will continue to do business with World of Books USA. Thanks.
