It took a while for delivery but the main reason for neutral feedback is the description. Described as “5*10mm Large Hole Beads” so I assumed that the 1 item I bought would be a pack of 5. It was just one single bead as the size is apparently 5mm x 10mm. Seller advised me of this when I contacted them and I understand their position, I haven’t requested a return, it was my assumption that was incorrect but I possibly wouldn’t have paid that much and waited so long for a single bead.
