Thank You - SUPER-FAST - INSURED shipping - especially with USPS - reliability is not as it should be - many uninsured items have arrived damaged - shop owners and customers must resolve it between themselves to compensate for the USPS poor service.

I recieved The best of Season 1 and the Complete season 2. When reported to the seller. They offered a $12 refund (one fourth of my out of pocket costs). I stated that $19 would be appropriate (one half of the $38. product cost). They said they would refund $15. That is 32% to correct one half of the order. I am not pleased with their resolution but felt forced to accept it.
